Today is FED day... Last meeting for Jerome Powell, the current FED chair. The FED's will review PCE ( Personal Consumption Expenditures) today. That report will be released tomorrow. This is the FED's favorite measure of inflation, which we all know, INFLATION CAUSES MORTGAGE PRICING TO MOVE!
The market is expecting Headline year-over-year inflation to rise from 2.8% to either 3.4% or 3.5%.
What does that mean? Mortgage interest rates (pricing) could take a hit tomorrow!
