I needed new homeowners insurance the rate had was 3245 a year I wanted something cheaper . I found a place but at the last second they backed out so intold I told Diane to just got with my old insurance and after we close I'd have to shop for new insurance well she told me to give her sometime and she would grt in contact with an insurance company she worked with a few weeks prior for another couple in Florida . She calls me the next day and says she has good news that we can get coverage through this company and the insurance rate was 1450 a year I was so excited and happy words couldn't describe . She went above and beyond to help me out I couldn't thank her enough .

She was very friendly and professional, as well as knowledgeable. She was able to quickly resolve the issue with the appraiser and its cost even though it still ended up more than our initial estimate and the balance was put onto the loan. The process took a little longer than hoped, but I know there are a lot of moving parts and other people involved.
