I see this way too often now.

These poor homebuyers, who are working with this broker, have no idea that their broker has no way to help them.. locating a wholesale lender doesn’t guarantee that this broker will be approved to work with them..

Money aside, this is yet another HUGE difference between brokers and lenders. All Brokers have to constantly seek access to funds/lenders;
