Your VA benefit isn’t necessarily a one-time benefit. Depending on your situation, entitlement can be restored and reused — and some borrowers may even have remaining entitlement available.
Don’t assume you’ve already “used up” your VA benefit.

In Texas, a true pre-approval means we take your complete loan file, list the property as TBD, and send it to an underwriter for review.
They underwrite the file before you’ve even found the home. 🏡
