Funds-most people struggle with not understanding how much they need to have saved. I go over your price point based on your max monthly mortgage you qualify for AND what you want to spend. From there I break down the numbers and determine an estimate of how much you'll need. I also go over any programs you qualify for( based on reviewing your loan application)
