Pretty nasty thought isn’t it?
However, how many times do people
knowingly, make the same foolish mistake...
How many days, weeks, months or years
do people keep dwelling over past hurts, incidences or problems...
being unable to forgive...
only to be stuck in their healing.

I wonder if they had to eat their own vomit
before they thought about their past or
not give forgiveness or receive forgiveness...
I just wonder,
how long they would stay stuck
in that foolish cycle?

Let it Go...

Worry not of yesterday

it can only distract and take away
