Today we're taking a moment to celebrate our hard-working team and all the dedication they bring every day. We're grateful for the group of people that keep Noble Mortgage moving forward! Wishing everyone a safe and relaxed holiday!

Our office is clsoed today in observance of Labor Day and will reopen tomorrow, 9/8.

We just helped close a $195,000 hard money buy-and-hold loan on a property in Glenn Heights, TX.

The plan is to renovate the property, then refinance into a conventional 30-year loan and add another rental to the portfolio. Building long-term wealth doesn’t always happen overnight. Sometimes it’s one property, one deal, and one step at a time.

We’re proud to help this investor keep growing toward his goal of significant passive cash flow. 💪

5 days. That’s how quickly we got this deal to the closing table. 👀

This week’s Funding Friday features a $212,250 hard money buy-and-hold deal in Pearland, TX.

This was our first deal with these clients, and our Senior Loan Originator, Jesse, was able to get them to the closing table in just 5 days.

Now they’re getting started on the property, with the goal of eventually refinancing into a conventional loan and creating long-term cash flow.

We’re excited to see what they do with this one! 🏡
