Customer Service Representative (CSR)

THV Insurance Agency is a fast-growing independent insurance agency serving clients throughout Texas. We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and assist clients with general inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Assist with policy renewals and billing questions
• Follow up with clients and insurance carriers
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Schedule appointments and assist with office operations
• Process policy changes and endorsements (Licensed CSR)
• Review insurance coverages and discuss policy details with clients (Licensed CSR)
Qualifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual English/Vietnamese is a plus
• P&C Insurance experience is preferred but not required
• P&C Insurance License is preferred but not required
• Licensed candidates may qualify for higher compensation
