It was a busy first half of 2026 and the results are in.

We set a goal to execute our business plan within one year. We are proud to report that we have done just that.

Key highlights from this chapter:
➡️ Long-Term Stability: Secured a 7-year lease extension with Integris Health.
➡️ Infrastructure Upgrades: Completed a $150k+ investment in new HVAC systems (new chiller & MAU).
➡️ Aesthetic Improvements: Redesigned common areas, updated landscaping, and installed modern signage.

The property is in a stronger position today than when we acquired it, and we are excited for the next phase.
