provides financial services for the special needs community. We have a low cost alternative to customized special needs trusts and other irrevocable trust instruments for families. Arlington introduced the Provider Trust, a special needs pooled trust that non-profits can adopt as their own to better manage client funds. Arlington helps administer the trust on behalf of the Trustee and aids with tr

ust management, investment advisory, tax reporting, and financial planning. Our trust services are unique in that they offer a complete and transparent way of preserving assets, maintaining benefits, and addressing an individual’s specific needs; now or in the future. We are also among the least costly alternatives in terms of establish a trust as well as ongoing expenses. Individuals who receive Medicaid, Social Security, or SSI and that have excess funds can benefit from using one or both of our trusts.
