This story has been shared several times within our office and every single time I read it, it affects me.

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

THIS is why I continue to reach out to friends, family, neighbors, acquaintances, strangers, etc.. multiple times to try and have these important conversations.

I never, ever want to find myself in a situation where I think to myself, "If only I had reached out."
