I recently had an offer accepted on my own home against SIX competing offers.

No, I wasn’t the only offer.
No, I didn’t have all cash.
And no, it wasn’t simply because of price.

I won because I understood how to structure a competitive offer.

One of the biggest advantages was having a fully underwritten PowerBid Approval before submitting the offer. Because my financing had already been reviewed upfront, I was able to confidently waive my mortgage contingency.

I was also comfortable waiving my appraisal contingency because I understood the actual risks involved and had a plan in place if the appraisal came in lower than expected.

The lesson?

In today’s market, winning isn’t always about spending more money. It’s about having the right strategy and the right team guiding you through the process.
