As Hurricane Lowell continues to develop, Zephyr Insurance is sharing important coverage and claims information for policyholders on Kaua‘i and O‘ahu.

A Hurricane Watch has been issued for Kaua‘i, activating hurricane coverage for Zephyr policyholders in the county, subject to policy terms and conditions. Because a Hurricane Watch or Warning has not been issued for O‘ahu, policyholders in the City and County of Honolulu should review the guidance in this post to determine where to report storm-related damage.

Zephyr has begun mobilizing resources and preparing its claims teams to respond. If you experience damage, report your claim as soon as it is safe to do so and continue monitoring official weather and emergency updates.
