The Hawaii HomeOwnership Center educates individuals, empowers families, and transforms communities.

The homebuyer education classes covers money management, understanding credit, getting a mortgage, shopping for a home, insurance, and escrow - providing a complete overview of the homebuying process. The individualized coaching sessions are designed to provide qualified discussion about each member's financial situation and creating a plan to reach their goal of homeownership. HHOC offers a lifetime membership so there are no additional costs for our members to attend post-purchase workshops or coaching on any topic related to owning a home. In response to the pandemic, HHOC is also offering Foreclosure Prevention and Rental Counseling for distressed owners and renters. We have self-help tools on our website and an option to request an appointment to discuss your housing concerns.
