Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D prescription drug plans can change from year to year. Every September, Medicare beneficiaries enrolled in Medicare Advantage or prescription drug plans receive an important document from their current plan called the Annual Notice of Change. This notice explains how your current plan’s coverage, benefits, and costs will change on January 1.
