Alyssa also helped with the processing, and the level of service from this entire team was truly exceptional.
They went above and beyond for my veteran clients and looked at the transaction from every angle—not simply how to get the loan closed, but how they could actually save my clients money. They recognized that moving the closing from eight days into the following month to the end of the current month would financially benefit my buyers, and then worked incredibly quickly to make that happen.
What impressed me most was their willingness to find solutions. Where many lenders might simply say something can't be done, this team asks, “How can we make this work?” They coordinated seamlessly with me, the title company, the appraiser, and the listing side to get everything accomplished in a very short timeframe.
As a REALTOR®, I work with many lenders, and this level of communication, problem-solving, and genuine concern for the client is not something I take for granted. Mike, Aaron, and their team truly go the extra mile and consider possibilities that others may never even explore. My veteran clients were very well taken care of, and I would confidently recommend this team to my clients again. Excellent job from beginning to end.
