Got a call this week for a clean up project. The call lasted maybe 15 minutes, and I had the quote over to the client within 30 minutes. They’re ready to move forward.

I share this to emphasize how important systems are….and sticking with them.

I just knew the right questions to ask, how to properly scope the project, and how to price it fairly. All of that came from time, learning, and having a repeatable process.

In my experience consistency creates confidence!

2025 is wrapping up to be our best year yet.

Especially over the last 6 months, we’ve managed to maintain a steady flow of leads from various sources (in-person networking, social media, our Google page, etc.).

I used to wait and hope people would reach out…now it’s the opposite 😆 I can’t seem to get through a day (especially at the end of the year) without someone calling or texting about bookkeeping services.

For anyone starting something new: stay consistent. It will come eventually!
