Rate Update: Inflation is persistent and no relief in Iran. New fed chair is at the helm with a lot going on! National average still near Mid 6% range. Much lower than they have been at certain points in the last 3 years and prices are still going up in the Poconos and Northeastern United stats. So the best time to buy a home based on price, is always any day before today. It’s a great time to buy! DM if you are looking to buy a vacation home in the poconos.
