Joshua Grafer joins Embrace from a national lender where he was one of the top three loan officers in 2014, 2015, and 2016 for units and volume closed. He’s dedicated to getting his clients the best possible loan program after analyzing their credit, income, and assets. Joshua makes himself available day and night for questions and guidance throughout the loan process, from application to closing.
Joshua grew up in Shoreham, New York and moved back there in 2015 with his family – even purchased a house on the same street he grew up on! He’s been married to his beautiful wife Dani for 10 years. They have four children – Benjamin, Colin, Sean, and Lana, all under the age of 7 – and a Yorkie named Jerry. Joshua is a huge sports fan, and especially enjoys watching the New York Yankees, Giants, and Knicks. When he gets out on the field, he loves playing softball.
