Welcome to Canvas Mortgage, Melina West!

We’re excited to welcome Melina West to the Canvas Mortgage team as a Mortgage Loan Originator!

Melina brings an incredible 44 years of mortgage experience and 45 years in the banking and finance industry to Canvas Mortgage. Throughout her career, she has built an extensive background in mortgage lending, branch management, commercial and consumer lending, SBA loans, farm loans and more.

For Melina, mortgage lending has always been about the people behind the loan. Her favorite part of the industry is helping individuals and families achieve their goals. Whether that means purchasing their first home or refinancing their current home to help make their next chapter possible.

A native of Eunice, Louisiana, Melina attended LSU-E and has spent her career serving customers and communities throughout Louisiana. When she’s not helping clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, grandkids, friends and her four very spoiled dogs—who, according to Melina, have no idea they’re actually dogs!

And one fun fact about our newest team member? She used to ride motorcycles!

With nearly a decade of experience in banking and lending, Adrienne is passionate about helping clients navigate the homebuying journey with confidence. From assisting first-time homebuyers to finding the right financing solutions for every stage of life, she is committed to making homeownership more accessible and less intimidating.

Before becoming a Mortgage Loan Originator, Adrienne specialized in affordable housing initiatives, helping low-to-moderate income families achieve their dream of homeownership. Her background also includes retail and business lending, home equity lending, and client relationship management, giving her a well-rounded perspective on serving her clients' financial needs.
