Meet Nathan Parker, our Payroll Supervisor, who has been with us for just over a year and a half.

Nathan helps process payroll for clients while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. His favorite part of the job is helping relieve the stress payroll can bring to small business owners so they can focus on what they do best.

Nathan values teamwork, different perspectives, and bringing integrity and excellence to every client interaction. He also loves the feeling of hitting daily deadlines and celebrating what the team accomplished together.

Outside of work, Nathan is a huge Baltimore Orioles fan and hopes to visit all 30 MLB stadiums. He is currently at 14!

Since joining Paysmart in 2020 as a Payroll Specialist, Courtney has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and a deep commitment to serving both our clients and team at the highest level. Her ability to solve problems quickly, lead under pressure, and care deeply about people has made a tremendous impact across our organization.

Cara brings 15 years of industry experience and a strong background in payroll and data management. She is known for her attention to detail, ability to handle high volume data, and commitment to meeting strict deadlines while quickly identifying and resolving discrepancies.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Management from Lander University.

What Cara enjoys most about her work is building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs. She takes pride in helping reduce stress so business owners can stay focused on what matters most.

Outside of the office, you’ll find Cara cheering on her two boys at baseball and football games, rooting for the Atlanta Braves, or enjoying time drawing.
