Stepping away from the office for a day gave our team the opportunity to pause, reflect on the past year, and look ahead to what’s next!

Our 2026 team offsite was filled with conversations around our business, internal updates, new ideas for serving our clients, and ways we can continue to grow and improve together. And, of course, we made time for some fun and friendly team competition on the putt-putt course!

Last week, Janney hosted its 2026 Branch Ops & PCA Summit, bringing together professionals to connect, share insights, and discuss the future of branch operations!

Christina Latham on our team attended and brought back a few key takeaways:

💡 Client-first, boutique culture: We continue to put clients first while working hard to maintain our boutique feel.

⚙️ Operational innovation: We’re focused on advancing our operational processes to streamline efficiency for employees and clients. We're also rapidly growing our AI capabilities to support these efforts.

🛡️ Fraud prevention: There was a big emphasis on fraud. We’re working diligently to protect our clients and their assets, with PCAs on the front lines of detection and thorough verbal confirmations and note-taking.
