Happy Birthday Jessica! We hope you have a great day!
Since today is Jessica's Birthday, we asked her if she would share a fun fact about herself. This is what she said....
"My fun fact is that my father was an electrician and a custom home builder. I spent my childhood on the jobsites with him and had the fun of cleaning the houses before they were put on the market. Being around him, I learned all kinds of home improvement techniques. When I am not at work, you will usually find me doing some sort of home improvement project. Everything from installing custom cabinets in all our closets to replacing sink faucets and light fixtures. One ongoing project I have been working on for the last three years is very close to my heart. My dad and I started building my daughter a dollhouse that she got for Christmas. Of course, being her mother’s daughter, she wanted it to be customized so I went straight to my dad for help. It was something we really bonded over and had a great time getting together to work on it in his garage workshop. He passed away in 2024 and I am so glad we had that time to work on it and make memories. I will continue to work on it, and hopefully have it finished by the time my daughter finishes high school in three years. It is something I am very proud of and I can’t wait for my daughter to pass it down one day and be able to tell the story behind it."
