What a busy week!! Building healthier businesses, one conversation at a time. 🤝✨

We had the opportunity to present to the Windsor Chamber of Commerce about how employers can rethink employee benefits through Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs).

Many small businesses want to offer meaningful benefits but struggle with the rising costs of traditional group health insurance. ICHRAs provide a flexible, budget-friendly alternative that empowers employees to choose the coverage that works best for them while helping employers control costs.

Thank you to everyone who attended, asked questions, and shared their experiences. We love helping businesses explore innovative solutions that support both their teams and their bottom line.

📢 Medicare Update: GLP-1 Medications for Weight Loss

Beginning July 1, 2026, Medicare will launch a new temporary program that may help eligible beneficiaries access certain GLP-1 medications for obesity treatment and weight loss.

✅ Available to eligible Medicare Part D beneficiaries
✅ Starts July 1, 2026
✅ Runs through December 31, 2027
✅ Managed directly by CMS as a special demonstration program

Important: This program is separate from your Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage, and eligibility requirements will apply.

Last Friday we spent the day in Colorado Springs training with 🤍

We dove into ICHRAs, Long Term Care Benefits, and the latest legislative updates that directly impact how we serve our clients and partners. Staying informed isn’t optional in this industry, it’s how we lead.

Grateful to keep learning from some of the best and even more grateful that I get to build this alongside my family. This is bigger than business, it’s something we’re building together.
