Traveling East on I-64 (from Lexington/Morehead/Olive Hill), turn left off I-64 on to Carol Malone Blvd. Go through 2 stop lights and we are on your right. Traveling West on I-64 (From Ashland), turn right on to Carol Malone Blvd at the light. Go through 1 stop light and we are on your right.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our co-worker and dear friend, Tommy Thompson. Tommy worked with the Burton family in many capacities for over 40 years and was a servant-hearted, loyal friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. My Papaw Raymond and Mamaw Clarice considered Tommy another son, and he loved them in the same way.

If everyone cared for others the way Tommy did, no one would ever go without. He never hesitated to drop everything to help anyone and was someone you could always depend on.

Please keep the Thompson family and all who loved Tommy in your prayers. This is a heartbreaking loss.
