A MESSAGE FROM MARY, FOUNDER OF MK LOAN CONSULTING
I’m going to be very transparent with everyone because I think it needs to be said.
The student loan industry right now is an absolute S**T SHOW. And quite frankly, that’s putting it nicely.
We have thousands of clients, countless pending cases, and an overwhelming number of people trying to become new clients. We are EXTREMELY busy, and while I wish I could personally respond to every single person immediately, I am ONE person. I have a team working tirelessly alongside me, and I promise you, we are doing everything within our power.
The constant regulatory changes, processing delays, and confusion within the Department of Education have created an absolute nightmare. Between the staffing reductions, the implementation of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, and the previous congressional regulations, we are seeing processing inconsistencies, errors, and delays that are completely outside of our control.
And don't even get me started on the IDR adjustments and pending forgiveness cases. The delays are beyond frustrating.
I understand your frustration. Believe me, I share it. But please understand that we do not control the Department of Education, how quickly they process applications, or how accurately they interpret and implement these regulations.
What I CAN control is how hard my team and I advocate for our clients, how closely we monitor your cases, and how committed we remain to getting you the results you deserve.
We have not forgotten about you. Your cases have not been abandoned. And we are not sitting around doing nothing.
We are working behind the scenes every single day, even when you don't hear from us.
I have built MK Loan Consulting on results, dedication, and standing behind my clients. That has not changed, and it never will.
So I am asking everyone for one thing: PATIENCE.
Please give my team the respect and understanding they deserve. They are navigating the same government delays and obstacles that you are frustrated with.
We are here. We are working. We are fighting for you. And we will continue doing everything we can to move your cases forward.
I promise you, nobody wants your cases resolved more than I do.
With appreciation,
Mary Kavukchyan
