• Developing strong relationships with borrowers and partners,
• Advising and coaching your borrowers throughout the loan process,
• Finding the right loan for your borrowers among a wide variety of products,
• Managing your own pipeline and delivering fast turn-times and outstanding customer service!
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
• A desire to accelerate your career with an entrepreneurial spirit,
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills,
• The ability to coach your borrowers into the right loan,
• Efficient with computers and loan operating systems,
• Licensed through the DRE with NMLS endorsement,
• 2+ years mortgage lending experience (preferred),
• Ability to follow loan protocols.
