I want to take a moment to recognize something that sometimes gets lost in the day-to-day grind: THE WORK YOU ARE PUTTING IN IS WORKING.
🌟 Azucena & Helen just received a prequalification from Danna that came directly from the First-Time Homebuyer Class you did roughly a month ago. Think about that for a second. The class happened weeks ago, the work was done, the seeds were planted… and NOW we’re seeing the results.
That’s an important reminder for all of us: results don’t always come overnight. Sometimes we work, work, work and wonder if anything is happening. But when we stay consistent, keep following up, keep creating opportunities and keep showing up — the results WILL come.
🔥 Silvia — congratulations! You already have a buyer under contract using our Buy Now, Sell Later program, and you’re already submitting offers for another buyer. That’s dedication. That’s momentum. Keep pushing!
🎥 Gabriela — you’ve stayed consistent doing videos and Lives with Danna, putting yourself out there and educating our community. Now you have two prequalified buyers actively shopping for their new homes. That’s not luck. That’s consistency paying off.
💪 Dalia — you currently have three contracts in processing and you’re still out there shopping with several more buyers. That’s what building a pipeline looks like. Keep going!
❤️ Yenni — I also want to personally thank you. You’re constantly helping us on the East Side, always available and always willing to step in wherever the team needs you. So many of the families we’ve been able to help would not have been possible without your commitment to this team.
Thank you for always being available. Thank you for your dedication. Thank you for being someone we can count on.
I want you to know that you play a VERY important role in the success we’re achieving. Sometimes the people behind the scenes don’t get enough recognition, but your work matters, your commitment matters, and the results we’re seeing belong to you too.
