We're excited to welcome Krystal Cocolla, who has joined the Connecticut team as Commercial Escrow Officer.

Krystal joins the team with over 15 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal in a law firm setting. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed a wide range of complex real estate transactions from inception to closing. Krystal is known for her strong organizational skills and her commitment to providing exceptional service to both clients and colleagues. She takes pride in ensuring smooth, efficient closings and delivering a high level of support throughout every transaction.

Outside the office, Krystal is actively involved in her local community. She is currently the President of her son’s elementary school’s PTO and a member of the Wethersfield Planning and Zoning Commission. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cheering on her kids at their sporting events, and spending time with her family and their ever-growing crew of pets.

📢 We’re excited to welcome Sarah Franco, who has joined the Connecticut team this summer as a Legal Intern.

Sarah is a rising 2L at Quinnipiac University School of Law with a strong interest in business law, particularly real estate. She earned her undergraduate degree from Connecticut College, where she majored in Quantitative Economics and Econometrics with a minor in Psychology, while also competing as a dual-sport athlete in swimming and water polo.

She is eager to apply her developing legal skills and looks forward to learning from the support and mentorship of the team as she continues to expand her knowledge of title insurance.

Outside of law school, Sarah enjoys staying active, watching sports, and reading, and is especially excited for the upcoming World Cup.

📢 We are pleased to announce that Travis Mistretta has joined our team as an Agency Representative.

Travis is originally from Manchester, CT and currently resides in downtown Hartford. He attended Iona College in New Rochelle, NY, where he majored in Marketing and played Division I baseball for four years. He brings over a decade of sales experience and joins us from a marketing and event management firm.

In his free time, Travis enjoys golf, softball, reading, and staying active. He is also a part-time hot yoga instructor at The Yoga Shop in Glastonbury. A sports enthusiast, Travis is a dedicated fan of New York teams as well as UConn Huskies basketball.
