✅ Client-centric agency focused on serving the communities we live and work in Eastern Shore Associates was founded in 1986 when a group of three smaller independent agencies decided to pool their resources to better serve their customers. In

1991, ESA became an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) company, having the employees own a portion of the company. In January of 2009, ESA became 100% proudly owned by its employees. Today, Eastern Shore Associates has grown into an organization with over 70 insurance professionals operating from six branch offices throughout central New York. Our size allows for significantly greater access to insurance markets. We now work with over 30 insurance companies, giving us the ability to find the best solution to each of our customers' insurance needs. We have fully integrated computer systems, as well as centralized accounting, and other "back room" support. What we've left intact is the "small agency" approach to insuring our neighbors. Our employees live and work in the same communities as our customers, and are dedicated to helping protect the homes, automobiles, businesses, and lives of our neighbors. Eastern Shore Associates offers a full line of insurance products and will be there when you need us most.

Please join us in congratulating Stacy Hurlbut on her 20th work anniversary.
In Stacy’s role as Vice President, Commercial Lines she is an invaluable member of our Agency. Stacy recently reflected on what the last 20 years meant and in her words, shared:
"Returning back to Eastern Shore was the best decision I made for my career twenty years ago. At the time, it felt that I was leaving an industry that I desired (teaching), but I’ve come to realize that my education training assisted me more than I knew it would in the insurance industry. Eastern Shore is truly family for me. With a small hiatus, I’ve been here since I graduated high school. I have built so many relationships that have been invaluable to me. I look forward to many more years.”
