My mortgage was relatively small and was made harder to underwrite because of construction details. Michael kept going and finding a way. In midstream we had to completely change course and start with a new application because of income and expense changes. Michael kept going and finding a way. He went out of his way to help us when it would be much easier to let us go. He kept going. I recommend Fairway and Michael Potito without reservation.
