Over the years, he was always available to help me to explore my options as my circumstances changed and I had to pause my search. He was always patient, readily available and encouraging - even when I felt that buying a home was no longer available for me due the dramatically increasing housing costs and interest rates in my area. He offered practical advice on how to attain my goal without compromising on what I wanted. He was never too busy and treated me as if I were his only client although I'm sure he's got many - he is EXCELLENT at his job after all. I can't thank him enough and have already referred him to SEVERAL friends and family members.
