What a week it’s been on the Eastern Plains. After battling intense heat, Flagler and the surrounding communities were hit with sudden, heavy rains that brought flooding in fields, roads, and low‑lying areas. Colorado weather never takes it easy on agriculture, and this swing was a tough one.
