Some companies advertise it, but I want to be official. Atlantic Inspection Services, LLC is a Veteran Owned business.
It was quite a journey. These are my words not AI.

My journey to become a federally approved Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Before I can start my application, I had to go to SAM.gov and become approved as a government vendor and apply for a Cage Code. Then I started my application, When I completed my application, the government switched governing bodies for these approvals. I started my application again with the new governing body, and they closed their web portal for redesign which took months and when the new portal was released it was not announced. The website links still went to the old portal that was closed. I tracked down the new portal and started my application again. The application was very involved, and they want to know information about family, pervious businesses, investors in my company, and employees. Even though I am 100% business owner and 100% the only decision maker. They had me remove my son from being listed as a manager on my business license (which took a month and a little money). They also want to know information like why I think I could run a company and my business resume and my job resume. They went back and forth with me a couple of times about answers I had to change. Then they took a couple of months to review my applictaion and SUPRISE!!! I am approve a Veteran-Owned Small Business.
