Over ten quarters, Charleston and her team operated a virtual bank, making strategic decisions involving lending, deposits, investments, liquidity, capital management, and overall financial performance. Serving as CFO, Charleston worked alongside her teammates to develop a strategy focused on sustainable long-term growth and collaboration.

Their hard work, teamwork, and thoughtful decision-making culminated in a winning presentation that earned CARE Bank top honors among the participating teams. Through the program, Charleston gained valuable knowledge in areas including lending, investments, risk management, and bank performance, while developing a deeper understanding of how every part of a bank works together to drive success. We’re excited to announce the promotion of Yodalis Santos to Branch Manager of our new Callahan Branch upon its opening!

Yodalis joined First Port City Bank in May 2025 at our Fernandina Beach Branch and has quickly become an important part of our team. Through her dedication, strong work ethic, and commitment to serving customers, she has advanced from Teller to Personal Banker, then Assistant Branch Manager, and now Branch Manager.

Throughout her time with FPCB, Yodalis has built strong relationships with customers and coworkers alike. She is known for her positive attitude, willingness to help, and attention to detail. Her ability to recognize and prevent potential fraud has helped protect both our customers and the bank, while her leadership and dependability have earned the respect of those around her.

Sydney began her journey with First Port City Bank in 2021 as a Teller at our Amelia Island Branch and has continued to grow throughout her career with the bank. Her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to serving both customers and coworkers have made her a valued member of our team. Over the years, Sydney has taken on increasing responsibilities, and today serves as a BSA Analyst, where her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and knowledge of our systems help support the bank’s ongoing success.
