This Grant Program is Still available!! It wont be for long so think about who needs it! It is a $15,000 grant awarded by The federal Home Loan bank of Atlanta to give back! Home Buyers can use this grant so that they only have to bring $1500 to closing themseles. Households must be between 80-120% Area Median Income which means $81,840 to $122,760 in Nassau and Duval County FL. Available In GA and FL!

Guys the Big thing on this is that it is a True Grant! It does not have to be paid back. It is forgiven right away. You do not have to be a First time home buyer or community worker. Your household does however have to be in the 80-120% income bracket for your address, All people in the household that have income must be included in the calculation even if they are not on the loan.

I dont believe the interest rate on the primary Loans is greater becuase of the grant either but please double check with my friend and colleauge Anita Rabon. [email protected]
