If you want to bond someone in the state of Arkansas, it cost 10% of the bond plus the $80 state fee, per bond. I work for a terrific company that did not change their name from Bail Bond Financing when the law changed so when you see me advertise my company and name, thats what youll see. However, we unfortunately do not finance bonds, per the law change. I felt the need to reflect this today, as this is a very cut throat biz.
