What is Probate?

Probate is the legal process of distributing your possessions after you die. If you have a Will, it proves the Will valid and fulfills your wishes. If not, the court decides what happens to your possessions. The probate process can take years to complete.

However, there are items that will skip the probate process all together!

The more detailed and diligent you are, the better you’ll take care of your loved ones when you die.
