One of the most common questions we get asked is..."how can the SBA 504 help my business?"

The SBA 504 can be used for any long-term, fixed asset. This includes things such as:
🏢 Purchasing or renovating commercial real estate
🏗️ Constructing a new facility
🚚 Acquiring large equipment or machinery
🌳Making land improvements
📈 Refinancing any of these types of costs

By combining bank financing with the SBA 504 portion, the program allows business owners to get the capital they need with a minimum 10% down, up to 25-year terms, and below-market, fixed interest rates, making it easier to expand while preserving cash flow.
