Congratulations to our 2026 Maternal Health Grant recipients!

Our Caring Foundation is proud to support the important work these organizations are doing to improve maternal health and reduce disparities before, during and after pregnancy across North Dakota.

- Central Valley Health District: Expanding community-based support for women in rural areas, including access to WIC, lactation services, reproductive care and postpartum resources to help reduce barriers to care close to home.
- Family HealthCare: Increasing access to midwifery care, mental health services and substance use treatment, with a strong focus on supporting underserved populations through coordinated care.
- MyAlly Health: Providing low-barrier maternal and reproductive health care by integrating screenings and education into everyday clinic visits and connecting mothers to the resources and support they need.

We are honored to support their impact in building healthier moms, babies and communities! 💙

What a great way to spend the morning in Fargo!

As presenting sponsor of the T.J. Hockenson Youth Football Camp by FlexWork Sports Management, our Caring Foundation was proud to support a fast paced, skills focused day for young athletes. We were especially excited to partner with the The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Red River Valley to help provide some of their students the opportunity to attend and take part in the day.

Our team was proud to be onsite sharing our Tackle the Stigma mental health message at our booth. Thank you to everyone who helped make it a positive, action-packed day on the field!

Our recent Pet Social with Smiley's Rescues, Homeward Animal Shelter and 4 Luv of Dog Rescue was filled with connection, learning and plenty of time with some amazing animals.

Employees had the opportunity to learn more about adoption and fostering while also experiencing firsthand how time with pets can help relieve stress and boost overall well-being. It’s a simple but powerful way to support mental health and build community.

Thank you to our rescue partners for the work they do and for joining us for such a meaningful event.

Your health isn’t just one thing. It’s everything working together.

Primary care looks at the full picture, not just one symptom at a time:
- Physical and mental health are connected, and they affect each other
- Everyday habits, such as sleep, stress and movement matter more than we think
- Establishing care with a primary care provider leads to more personal care built around you, not just a diagnosis

If you have a health plan from us, you can use your online account to find providers who offer primary care. Log in here: https://nd.blue/4q3fAKa

Get ready, lovebirds! We’re entering wedding season in North Dakota. If you’re the one saying “I do,” this is a good time to consider updating or enrolling in a health plan that fits your new needs as much as your updated relationship status.

Before every good play, teams huddle up.
Teamwork starts with paying attention to how others are really doing.

Taking a moment to reflect and listen can go a long way. Try a huddle check-in with your family or loved ones at home tonight.

Our Caring Foundation is proud to be the presenting sponsor of the T.J. Hockenson Youth Football Camp by FlexWork Sports Management on May 24 in Fargo. We're excited to bring our Tackle the Stigma of Mental Health message to the field.

Sports have a powerful way of bringing people together, opening doors for conversation and reminding young athletes that strength includes asking for support. Through this camp, we are ready to help normalize those conversations and encourage kids, parents and coaches to make mental health part of the game.

We look forward to a high energy morning focused on skill building, confidence and connection.
