Some people move across town. Some move across the state. Holly and Don…they move across the street. I’m so thankful you chose to work with me again. Repeat clients are the best compliment. Of course their realtor, Jill stayed loyal too, and helped them snag the perfect home without even needing a moving truck. What a rewarding closing!

Last week, I had the privilege of helping Kathy, a retired veteran and devoted caretaker of two young children, reach the closing table on her mortgage. We had to navigate a few challenges along the way, but with teamwork and determination, we got it done!

🥂 Congrats to Dawson & Shayna Beyers on their very first home!
Almost a year ago we started talking about buying a home, but with a lease to finish out and the big wedding in '25, we decided to wait until the timing was perfect. Sometimes a little patience pays off, and this time it definitely did! 🥰

Fast forward to now, and everything lined up perfectly! We found the cutest home with a fenced yard for their little corgi. 🐶🧡

This is why we love helping first-time buyers. So many big life moments seem to happen all at once—weddings, moving, and all the adulting. It's fun getting to help guide friends through it.
