Well I'm just going to say it. Not everything you hear on the internet is true! I was tagged in a Tik Tok video that I will not share because of its allegations and just blatant lies.
It stated the following:
- Mortgage lenders get paid by realtors and we are taking their commission.
1. We don't get paid by the realtors at all! They work for their money just like we do. Comes from proceeds of a sale of property or from closing costs of the buyer of the said property.
2. Mortgage brokers and Mortgage loan officers with credit unions and banks are different. Nothing wrong with either one, but products, and costs are all set up differently.
All in all, you will have to do some research on what you are looking for, and don't listen to everything you hear on the internet. That is where I can help!!
