Thrivent Action Teams at Work!

Deb, a Thrivent member, and many other volunteers helped organize and run a fish fry during this Lenten season. In the first three weeks of the fish fry, the organization sold nearly 1,000 meals. Deb used her Thrivent Action Team to purchase all the ingredients needed to make the desserts for the event.

This is a wonderful example of how Thrivent Action Teams can make a meaningful difference in our communities! Thank you for your dedication, Evelyn and team!

Thrivent Action Teams at Work!

Evelyn, a Thrivent member, and 20 other individuals helped set up, take down, and plan their Annual Fall Festival this past year. Evelyn used her Action Team to provide food for the festival. There was even some leftover food that was shared with the congregation on Sunday after church.

The Fall Festival had over 130 people in attendance! The event featured bounce houses, a gaming truck, bingo, a raffle, a local fire truck, and Jungle Terry, who brought small animals to help educate the children at the festival.

This is a wonderful example of how Thrivent Action Teams can make a meaningful difference in our communities! Thank you for your dedication, Evelyn and team!
