We started as Devine Bookkeeping Services, focusing primarily on bookkeeping, but quickly realized many business owners were working incredibly hard without seeing the financial rewards they should have been. Cash flow problems, shrinking margins, and missed financial insights were keeping money on the table and limiting growth.
That realization led to the creation of Devine Strategy Group.
Today, our focus is helping contractors improve profitability, strengthen cash flow, and gain clear financial visibility so they can confidently grow their businesses.
Through my experience as a Finance Manager for a remodeling company and as the owner of a Bookkeeping and CFO Advisory firm, I’ve developed expertise specifically in the construction and remodeling industry. We help businesses with foundational financial services such as bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll, while also providing higher-level advisory support including job costing, pricing strategy, profitability analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
