Following the recent hail storm, residents may notice an increase in commercial solicitors going door-to-door throughout the Town of Elizabeth.

Please be aware that under Article II, Section 6-2-70 of the Town Code, commercial solicitors must obtain a permit from the Town of Elizabeth and be issued that permit before engaging in door-to-door solicitation. Residents may be added to the "No Solicitor" list. - call 303-646-4166

Permitted solicitors will be issued an official "Permitted Solicitor" identification badge by the Town. This badge will include:

✅ A photograph of the solicitor
✅ The name of the employer/company
✅ The designation of "Permitted Solicitor"

Solicitors are required to display this badge conspicuously while conducting door-to-door sales activities.

If you observe solicitors in your neighborhood and have concerns regarding their authorization to solicit, please contact:

When reporting a solicitor, please provide:

• A description of the individual
• The name of the company they represent (if known)
• The location where the solicitation is occurring
