I’m originally from Puerto Rico. My family moved stateside in 1981 and to El Paso in 1987. I graduated from Andress High School and received a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Phoenix. My wife and I have three kids and four cats. When I’m not at the office, I enjoy goofing off with my kids, going to the movies or visiting the shooting range. I also love being on the ocean for deep-sea fishing, diving and snorkeling. I’m a car fanatic and a connoisseur of chocolate cake.
