We were first time home buysers, and had a lot of silly questions. Kristi answered every single one of them, and didn't make any of the questions seem silly. She talked through all the options and let us know what the best options were for us. Kristi was also very responsive. When we signed the loan we felt that we were making the best decision based on all the information Kristi provided, and all the questions she answered. In our closing process was also very little stress. We were sent weekly updates on tasks that were completed or what was left to be completed. The team helped us through the process, and kept us in the loop. As soon as parts of the process was complete they sent updates (along with the weekly ones). We flet very comfortable with how the process finalized. If you are a first time homebuyer or looking for a knowledgeable loan officer, Kristi and her team are what you are looking for.
This process felt very organized and we flet very comfortable with how things progressed!
