The SEC recently issued a $400,000 enforcement action related to ETF compliance failures involving Rule 18f-4 reporting, notifications, and compliance procedures.

This week, the Starkweather & Shepley Loss Control Team celebrated Safe and Sound Week by taking safety directly to the jobsite.

Our team visited more than 30 construction sites, connecting with workers and contractors while handing out food, S&S shirts and raffle prizes. More importantly, they used these visits as an opportunity to reinforce a message that goes beyond one week: jobsite safety is everyone’s responsibility.

We’re proud of our Loss Control Team for building relationships in the field, recognizing the hard work of construction professionals and helping our clients create safer workplaces every day.
