2026 has been the year of some pretty cool stories and closings. My great friends of the last 10+ years sold their home they had outgrown in July and went to settlement last week on their beautiful new home that is just right for their family! The best part is they are now my neighbors.

They are two of the strongest people I know and have endured so much over the past couple of years. To see them this excited about this house that had room for everyone and checked all their boxes was more than I could have hoped for. Getting them right down the street from me was just the bonus! Thank you Zanna Clayton at Eagle Title and Tim Sisson for making sure everything went smoothly and worked out for them.

Congrats Tony and Christina. You’re stuck with me forever neighbors 😂

After nearly a year of searching, one contract that unfortunately terminated after inspections, and three extensions on this home, these first-time homebuyers finally got their keys! 🎉

It took patience, persistence, and a little extra time, but they never lost sight of the goal. I’m SO excited for them and couldn’t be happier to see them officially become homeowners! 🏡❤️

And as always, teamwork makes the dream work! A huge thank you to the lender, Tim Sisson - First Home Mortgage, title company, Interstate Title & Escrow, LLC, and listing agent, Becky King, for helping navigate all the twists and turns and getting us to the closing table.
