Another great year at the annual FAIA Convention, surrounded by outstanding people, exceptional agents, and valuable learning opportunities.
This year, both Jennifer and Phil joined us, and together we participated in numerous educational sessions that continue to strengthen our commitment to serving our valued clients.
One of the highlights was an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Ga***rd Palms, offering a fascinating look at the scale and complexity of its day-to-day operations. From security planning and preparations for hosting dignitaries to discussions surrounding insurance, risk management, and liability, it provided a unique perspective on what it takes to operate at that level.
We also had the privilege of meeting and hearing from Merril Hoge, whose inspiring story of goals, perseverance, obstacles overcome, and heartbreaking battle (and ultimate victory) with cancer left a lasting impression on everyone in attendance.
As for our additional accomplishments? James found fish, Cameron found gators and puppiesโsomething that will come as a complete surprise to anyone who knows them personally (or perhaps not!).
All in all, it was another productive and rewarding year of professional development, industry insight, and relationship-building. We especially value the opportunity to spend time with leaders, and teams from other agencies, sharing ideas, comparing operations and procedures, and learning from one another as we continue to grow and improve!
